Arianna McCardle serves as Transaction and Marketing Coordinator at VCRE, where she plays a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient transactions while supporting the firm’s marketing initiatives. Known for her attention to detail and dedication, Arianna helps keep deals on track from contract to closing, while also contributing to the visibility and promotion of VCRE’s listings and brand.
Arianna joined VCRE in 2026 after earning her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Hood College, where she was also a collegiate soccer and golf athlete. Her background in athletics has shaped her strong work ethic, team-first mindset, and ability to perform under pressure.
Originally from Clinton, New Jersey, Arianna brings an energetic and outgoing personality to the team. She is also actively involved in the local community as a soccer coach for FC Frederick, combining her passion for sports with mentorship.
Outside of work, Arianna enjoys staying active through fitness, traveling, and outdoor adventures. Whether she’s hiking, camping, or attending live music events, she brings the same enthusiasm to her personal life as she does to her professional role. A devoted Green Bay Packers fan, she also spends time with her dog, Moose.
