Sales Associate / Business Development
Justin Saltzman serves VCRE in a dual role as both Business Development Manager and Sales Associate, combining strategic business growth with commercial real estate expertise. He is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships, and developing initiatives that expand VCRE’s presence throughout the region.
Justin works closely with developers, business owners, investors, and community leaders to create meaningful partnerships and identify commercial real estate opportunities. He prepares proposals, delivers presentations, and collaborates with project managers and industry professionals to help clients achieve their real estate goals.
Known for his extensive community connections, Justin is an active ambassador for VCRE, representing the firm at networking events, business organizations, and community initiatives. His relationship-focused approach has helped build a strong network of clients and referral partners while fostering long-term business relationships throughout Frederick County.
A lifelong resident of Frederick County, Justin has a long history of community leadership and service. He is a founding member of Key City Rotary and has been an active member of Rotary International for more than sixteen years. In 2014, he was selected as one of just thirty young professionals nationwide to attend a leadership summit in Chicago.
Justin currently serves as Chair of Leadership Frederick County, is a member of the Board of Directors for the Frederick County Chamber of Commerce, and is a Trustee of the Community Foundation of Frederick County, where he also chairs the Engagement Committee.
Justin resides in Frederick with his wife, Autumn.
